Random Act of Kindness Day

Today is Random Act of Kindness Day and we think that promoting kindness is always important and want to take today to celebrate being kind to each other. No gesture is too small and every act of kindness will be appreciated and put a smile on someone's face. 

Here is our Random Act of Kindness Checklist:

Spread kindness and you will receive kindness in return.

This counts for being kind to others as well as yourself. It can sometimes be easier said than done but is an important step and there are a number of ways you can practice this everyday.
