I ordered a bracelet with my late brothers handwriting I was initially disappointed as the orli logo had been printed which was not shown on preview images. I contacted customer service to raise this and they went above and beyond. I was sent 2 braclets with varying designs and able to choose which I preferred. The bracelet is beautiful and I've worn it daily since receiving it with many people passing comment on how lovely it is
