My bracelet arrived well packaged and in a timely fashion. Unfortunately it was too big for my wrist and I was not keen on the gold look. It also felt very lightweight so I decided to return it....shame because I spent a long time deciding on buying it but unfortunately it just wasn't suitable when it arrived. I was also pretty gutted at the cost of returning it for a refund.....but that's not the fault of the company.
