Returns and Exchanges

Orli Jewellery will exchange or refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in perfect condition within 28 days of receipt* Unfortunately, personalised/engraved items and earrings cannot be refunded unless faulty.

We can make most of our items bigger or smaller to fit your needs.

Jewellery purchased on our website must be returned to us directly and cannot be exchanged or refunded in any Orli Jewellery stockists. Items purchased in any of our stockists must be returned to the store where it was purchased.

In order for us to process an exchange or refund, your return must include a note of ALL DETAILS BELOW so we are able to identify your return quickly and efficiently. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. 

Please note: Original and return postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only. 

 To return: 

  1. Write a note of your name, contact number, order number, and reason for return. If you would like it to be made bigger/smaller or to swap for another existing size or item please mention this.
  2. Enclose completed note with the item(s) you wish to return within 28 days of receiving your order  *or from Nov 15th to Jan 31st for Xmas period*
  3. Take your return to the Post office and post items via recorded delivery. Please ensure you receive proof of postage.

MADE TO MEASURE
We offer a made to measure service. If you require any item(s) to be made bigger/smaller or if you have any special requests, please email us on: customercare@orlijewellery.com (PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM US)

REFUNDS
Refunds will be made within 7 days of the date of we receive returned item(s). Refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. 

EXCHANGES 
Subject to stock availability we will exchange and send eligible items within 10 days of receiving returned item(s).  

FAULTY ITEMS 
In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty, please inform us immediately and send a clear image of the item with an explanation of the fault and your order number to customercare@orlijewellery.com (PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM US)

REPAIRS 
Any items needing repaired to accidental breakage/damage can be repaired for a small fee. Please email us a clear image of the item with an explanation of the damage/breakage and your order number to: customercare@orlijewellery.com  (PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM US)

 Your statutory rights are not affected.
