Returns and Exchanges

Orli Jewellery will exchange or refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt.

Jewellery purchased on our website must be returned to us directly and cannot be exchanged or refunded in any Orli Jewellery stockists. Items purchased in any of our stockists must be returned to the store where it was purchased.

We also offer a made to measure service. If you require any item(s) to be made bigger/smaller or if you have any special requests, please email us on: customercare@orlijewellery.com

In order for us to process an exchange or refund, your return must include a completed exchange/returns form so we are able to identify the return quickly and efficiently. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. 

Please note: Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only. 

 To return: 

  1. Fill in exchange/returns form (SEE ATTACHED HERE) 
  2. Enclose completed form with the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order
  3. Take your return to the Post office and post items via recorded delivery. Please ensure you receive proof of postage.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be made within 10 days of the date of we receive returned item(s). Refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. 

EXCHANGES 
Subject to stock availability we will exchange and send eligible items within 10 days of receiving returned item(s).  

FAULTY ITEMS 
In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty, please inform us immediately and send a clear image of the item with an explanation of the fault and your order number to customercare@orlijewellery.com . 

REPAIRS 
Any items displaying damage due to accidental breakage/damage can be repaired for a small charge. Please email us a clear image of the item with an explanation of the damage/breakage and your order number to: customercare@orlijewellery.com

 

Your statutory rights are not affected.
