Made To Measure

All of our pieces are hand finished in house and this means we can offer you a made to measure and bespoke service. We aim to accommodate each of our beautiful customers to the best of our ability and we want you to feel your best when wearing every piece of Orli you own. 

All of our hand finished jewellery is made to a standard size but if you require it to be adjusted all you need to do is measure and write your desired length in the notes as you order.

We offer adjustments on all chain/bead/ faux leather bracelets, rings, anklets, and necklaces.

There is generally no charge for adjustments although, there may be an additional charge to make some items bigger. This is dependent on how much extra material is required, but don’t worry we will get in contact with you about any additional charges to make you aware before proceeding with your order.

If you have already ordered your item and it doesn’t fit then simply contact a member of our customer care team and they will help you through your return and we will adjust your item to fit you.
