I purchased this for a very dear friend of mine who had just been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Her wedding was organised in a short space of time (7 days!) and I needed this to be engraved and shipped in a very small window of time also on a bank holiday!! Orli back to me the same day and made sure that the order was fast tracked and sent out within a day. I was able to give my friend the charm for her bouquet on her wedding morning. It was beautiful.
