Orli Jewellery take great pride in using only high quality components sourced from Britain and Europe. The Jewellery is nickel free, hypoallergenic and plated with Silver 925, Rose Gold or 22ct Gold. Stainless steel chains are also used in the range. Fresh water pearls, semi-precious stones and Swarovski crystals, including the Birth Stone Range, adorn many of the beautiful pieces, as well as high quality crafted leathers available in seasonal colours. 

Plated jewellery is made using a base metal which is then plated with Silver 925, 22ct Gold or Rose Gold, compared to Silver 925 which is all 92.5% pure Silver.

We are now using stainless steel chains on many of our designs. Stainless steel is darker than silver plated, but will never discolour and is more durable.

Returns/EXCHANGES/REPAIRS

Orli Jewellery will exchange or refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt.

Jewellery purchased on our website must be returned to us directly and cannot be exchanged or refunded in any Orli Jewellery stockists. Items purchased in any of our stockists must be returned to the store where it was purchased.

We also offer a made to measure service. If you require any item(s) to be made bigger/smaller or if you have any special requests, please email us on: customercare@orlijewellery.com

In order for us to process an exchange or refund, your return must include a note of ALL DETAILS BELOW so we are able to identify your return quickly and efficiently. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. 

Please note: Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only.

Write a note of your name, contact number, order number, and reason for return. If you would like a specific measurement or to swap for another existing size or item please mention this. Enclose completed note with the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Take your return to the Post office and post items via recorded delivery. REFUNDS
Refunds will be made within 7 days of the date of we receive returned item(s). Refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. 

EXCHANGES 
Subject to stock availability we will exchange and send eligible items within 10 days of receiving returned item(s).  

FAULTY ITEMS 
In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty, please inform us immediately and send a clear image of the item with an explanation of the fault and your order number to customercare@orlijewellery.com . 

REPAIRS 
Any items needing repaired to accidental breakage/damage can be repaired for a small fee. Please email us a clear image of the item with an explanation of the damage/breakage and your order number to: customercare@orlijewellery.com

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Providing you have included an email in your returns note, you will receive a "Thanks for your return" email confirming we have received it and your instructions are in hand.

Postage will be refunded on faulty items only. We do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund.

Repairs for items damaged due to accidental breakage/damage etc can be repaired free within your 1 year warranty (providing valid proof of purchase). If any items are needing repaired out-with your 1 year warranty, please contact us for return details.

Any repairs please send the item(s) back to us. Please include the following details: your name, contact number, order number, and reason for repair.

Every piece of Orli Jewellery is covered by a 1 year warranty with valid proof of purchase.

Yes you can amend/cancel your order, please call us on 0141 638 0020 or email us at customercare@orlijewellery.com to arrange. Please note: orders are processed and dispatched at a fast pace, so we suggest if you need to make any changes/cancel your order you do so within the an hour of ordering.

Yes, once you’ve completed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive this right away please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, please contact our customer service team on customercare@orlijewellery.com and they can look into this for you.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you’ve placed an order. You will also receive an email once your order has been dispatched with tracking details.

Yes you can! An extra birthstone crystal or initial can be added to a design for £4.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

Keep your jewellery sparkling clean with our top tips on jewellery cleaning: 

Avoid: Try and avoid contact with perfumes, hairspray, fake tans or similar products.

Remove: Remove your jewellery when bathing, swimming or doing any physical exercise. We would also recommend removing when sleeping. 

Storage: We suggest storing your jewellery in an airtight pouch/bag, and avoid storing your jewellery in a gift box for a long period of time. Remember to occasionally let air get to your jewellery- avoid popping it into a jewellery box and forgetting about it for a long period of time!

We use Royal Mail to send all of our orders. We use a TRACKED 48 service, meaning your order should be with you within 48 hours. With this tracked service you can track your order (you will receive a tracking number in an email when your order has been dispatched). *Please note delivery times may vary at certain times of the year, but a notice will be shown on our website during these times*

We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 working days for orders to be processed and dispatched, particularly as our items are hand-finished to order.
